Pliva bid: Actavis gave up...

Actavis announced today that it would not up its offer for Pliva, which was trumped by Barr last week. Apparently Barr will be the new owner of Pliva, barring any unforseen factors.

From March to September, the curtain finally seems to have closed. Or not?
