Generics allowed to seek declaratory judgement

Appeals court reversed a district court decision on Friday and allowed Teva to seek declaratory judgement against Novartis on several patents related to Famciclovir. This was kind of expected after Supreme Court's MedImmune decision. Now as it turns into reality, we probably will see broad impact to the generic industry.
