麦肯锡的高见

Happen to see a McKinsey report dated 2002 at work. It's about the biotech industry. It claims that due to rapid development in this field, high level talents, i.e., Ph.Ds in cellular biology, biochemistry, molecular biology etc. will be in extremely short demand until at least 2010.

This is beyond stupidity. We are not even talking about giving a wrong forecast. Bio Ph.Ds have been languishing in the job market since well well before 2002. These McKinsey boys did not even get their facts straight before making some grandiose statement. I have been always curious what these management consultants do and I do hope this does not truly reflect their work.
